मॉरीशस में आयोजित अंतरराष्ट्रीय हिंदी उत्सव  परिकल्पना लखनऊ, भारतीय उच्चायोग मॉरीशस और हिन्दी प्रचारिणी सभा मॉरीशस के संयुक्त तत्वावधान में 2 सितंबर से 8 सितंबर तक मॉरीशस की राजधानी पोर्ट लुई में आयोजित अंतरराष्ट्रीय हिन्दी उत्सव में लखनऊ की नौ विभूतियों सहित उत्तर प्रदेश से कुल 19 विभूतियाँ शामिल हुईं। इसके अलावा भारत के विभिन्न प्रदेशों से तथा मॉरीशस से शताधिक हिन्दी विद्वान, साहित्यकार, टेक्नोक्रेट, ब्लोगर्स तथा संस्कृतिकर्मियों ने हिस्सा लिया।  इस उत्सव में भारत तथा मॉरीशस के लगभग 42 हिन्दी सेवियों को सम्मानित किया गया तथा एक दर्जन पुस्तकों का लोकार्पण हुआ। इसके साथ ही हिन्दी के वैश्विक परिदृश्य पर भारत और मॉरीशस के विद्वानों ने चर्चा की। साथ ही मुंबई के सागर त्रिपाठी, मॉरीशस के डॉ. हेमराज सुंदर, लखनऊ की डॉ. मिथिलेश दीक्षित तथा अमेठी के जगदीश पीयूष की अध्यक्षता में चार काव्य संध्याएँ सम्पन्न हुईं।  परिकल्पना समय मासिक के प्रधान संपादक लखनऊ निवासी रवीन्द्र प्रभात ने बताया कि इस उत्सव में लखनऊ से अवधी की लोकगायिका कुसुम वर्मा, वरिष्ठ साहित्यकार डॉ. मिथि...
